We are seeking a visionary and highly technical Algorithmic Group Leader to join a leading company in the defense sector. This role focuses on the cutting edge of LiDAR Sensors, Command & Control Systems, and the integration of Generative AI within complex defense environments. You will lead a team of experts through the full R&D cycle, from theoretical
Strategic Leadership: Lead the research and development of end-to-end solutions for defense applications, specifically targeting LiDAR sensor data and Command & Control (C2) systems.
Advanced Algorithmic Design: Architect and implement sophisticated models involving Signal Processing, Estimation Theory, and Machine/Deep Learning.
Generative AI Integration: Drive the innovation of Generative AI and prompt engineering techniques to enhance system intelligence and decision-making capabilities.
Full R&D Lifecycle: Manage the complete cycle from problem definition and mathematical modeling to implementation and deployment in high-stakes production scenarios.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and operational teams to translate defense requirements into measurable technical objectives and quantitative success criteria.

Education: PhD in Physics, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related highly quantitative field.
Experience: 7+ years of industry experience in algorithm development with a proven track record of leading high-performing R&D teams.
Core Expertise:
- Deep proficiency in Signal Processing and Estimation Theory.
- Extensive experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI (GenAI) and Large - Language/Multimodal models.
- Programming: Mastery of Python and its ecosystem for scientific computing and AI.
Domain Knowledge: Previous experience with Sensors (LiDAR/Radar/Sonar) and Command & Control systems is highly preferred.
