Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Lead Information Systems Developer to support and develop our enterprise systems and business applications.
In this role, you will own development, implementation, integration, and ongoing optimization of the organization’s enterprise information systems, with a strong focus on Priority ERP and BI.
The role includes hands-on involvement in cross-organizational processes, from requirements analysis and system design, through development, implementation, and ongoing improvements aligned with business and operational needs in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
ERP System Ownership (Priority) - Lead end to end process analysis, customization, and development within Priority ERP. Translate operational and manufacturing needs into system design, custom solutions, and ongoing optimization.
BI Development - Develop analytical models, dashboards, and reports; build and maintain ETL processes; support data analysis needs across the organization.
System Integration & Automation - Implement integrations between organizational systems using REST APIs and automation tools (e.g., n8n, SSIS).
Application & Process Support - Provide functional support for Priority ERP and BI systems ; guide users on business processes, system logic, and usage optimization to ensure efficient cross-organizational workflows.

Requirements:
· 7+ years of experience in information systems development including BI systems, Priority and CRM
· Experience in a manufacturing organization - Advantage
· Strong understanding of business and organizational processes
· Deep knowledge in Priority ERP - development and implementation
· Strong familiarity with information system architectures
· Good knowledge of automation tools (e.g., n8n, SSIS)
· Experience working with REST APIs
· Experience with ETL processes
· Strong knowledge of SQL query writing
· English - very high proficiency
