תיאור תפקיד:
A technology company is looking for an experienced Senior Technical Writer
to join its engineering documentation team.
This role focuses on creating clear and structured documentation for complex multidisciplinary systems
, translating engineering and technical requirements into accurate documentation for installation, operation, and maintenance.
The position requires close collaboration with engineering teams and the ability to understand and document systems that integrate hardware, software, and mechanical components
.
Responsibilities
• Write and maintain technical documentation and system manuals
• Develop installation, operation, and maintenance procedures
• Translate complex engineering and system requirements into clear, structured documentation
• Create diagrams, flowcharts, and visual documentation
when needed
• Work closely with engineers and subject matter experts to gather and validate technical information
• Ensure consistency in terminology, structure, and documentation standards
across documents
• Review and improve existing documentation to enhance clarity and usability
דרישות:
• 5+ years of experience in technical writing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew
• Experience documenting complex technical systems
• Ability to understand and document systems combining hardware, software, and mechanical elements
• Experience working closely with engineering teams
• Strong ability to structure complex technical information clearly
• High attention to detail and strong editing skills
• Experience creating diagrams or visual documentation – advantage
