Global Sales Director to sale Company's solutions are trusted by militaries, defense integrators, NATO partners and OEMs worldwide and are deployed in high-profile operational programs. Responsible for building and closing international business opportunities with militaries, Ministries of Defense, integrators, OEMs, and channel partners across NATO member states. • Leading sales activities for Land and UAV/Avionic Systems across NATO member states • Identifying and developing opportunities with Ministries of Defense, armed forces, integrators, and platform vendors within NATO countries • Managing complex, executive-level consultative sales cycles, including tenders, demonstrations, and trials • Building strategic relationships and partnerships in target markets • Representing Company's at exhibitions, demonstrations, and senior-level meetings
דרישות:
• Over 5 years of international defense sales experience within NATO countries • Proven success in closing deals with military end-users, Ministries of Defense (MoDs), or defense contractors/integrators, with a strong network across the defense ecosystem in NATO countries • Deep understanding of procurement processes, standards, tenders, and defense sales cycles • Comfortable working with technical products while building strategic relationships • Full fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage • Willingness to travel internationally (~40%) Advantage • Military background or experience working with a defense systems integrator • Experience with tactical command systems, with technical expertise and the ability to conduct high-level demonstrations and discussions
