תיאור תפקיד:
We are looking for a Space Program Manager to lead end to end programs involving the development and production of advanced space cameras, working closely with customers and driving complex, fast paced program execution
Responsibilities:
Lead programs from contract award through execution, deliveries, and ongoing support
Build and manage work plans while maintaining scope, resources, and challenging schedules
Manage ongoing communication and relationships with customers
Identify and initiate business opportunities and strengthen customer engagement
Lead cross functional matrix teams across development, production, procurement, and additional technical disciplines
Prepare and deliver presentations and program reviews to management and customers
דרישות:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a relevant Management field
MBA – an advantage
Advantage for managing large scale, development and production intensive programs (tens of millions of dollars)
Advantage for experience working with MAFAT
Strong interpersonal skills, team leadership, assertiveness, and pragmatic problem solving
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English
Openness to feedback, strong learning orientation, and system level thinking
