Job Overview
The Senior Field Applications Engineer (FAE) supports customers using our power management chips (Power ICs). The role combines technical support, customer interaction, and product promotion.
You will work closely with key customers in Israel and across EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa), helping them design and use our power IC products in their systems.You will also act as the main Power IC expert within the regional team, supporting colleagues and distribution partners when technical knowledge is needed. דרוש/ה מנהל/ת ייצור חברה מובילה בתחום האלקטרו-אופטיקה, המפתחת ומייצרת מערכות מתקדמות ,דרוש/ה מנהל/ת ייצור. תיאור התפקיד ניהול כולל של מערך הייצור במפעל אחריות על עמידה ביעדי תפוקה, איכות ולוחות זמנים ניהול ראשי צוותים ועובדי ייצור, כולל חניכה ופיתוח מקצועי עבודה שוטפת מול תפ"י, הנדסת ייצור, איכות, רכש ולוגיסטיקה הובלת תהליכי שיפור מתמיד, התייעלות ויישום מתודולוגיות Lean אחריות על בטיחות בעבודה ועמידה בתקני איכות ורגולציה טיפול בתקלות ייצור, ניתוח חריגות ומתן פתרונות בזמן אמת
דרישות:
ניסיון של לפחות 5 שנים בניהול ייצור במפעל תעשייתי, כולל ניהול ראשי צוותים ניסיון מוכח בתחום האלקטרו-אופטיקה או תעשייה טכנולוגית מתקדמת הבנה מעמיקה בתחומי תפ"י, הנדסת ייצור ואיכות יכולת ניהול והנעת עובדים בסביבה דינמית ומרובת ממשקים ניסיון בהובלת תהליכי שיפור מתמיד וייעול קווי ייצור שליטה בקריאת שרטוטים ותהליכי הרכבה מדויקים - יתרון משמעותי השכלה רלוונטית: הנדסאי/מהנדס תעשייה וניהול - יתרון יכולת עבודה תחת לחץ, סדר וארגון ברמה גבוהה
