We are looking for
AI Security Lead to establish and lead the department at our Haifa site, part of the Global Operations Division

In this role you will
Lead the definition and implementation of AI-based cybersecurity strategy
Drive integration of machine learning technologies into information security systems
Define data collection and processing methods to detect security incidents early
Establish organizational capabilities for AI-driven analysis, prediction, and response
Evaluate and adopt commercial AI technologies that enhance system resilience
Collaborate with R&D, IT, and operation teams to embed advanced AI security practices
דרישות:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline
8+ years of experience leading professional teams or technological domains in cybersecurity or AI
Extensive familiarity with cybersecurity architectures, data analytics, and cloud environments
Hands-on experience working with AI engines or algorithmic modeling - advantage
Ability to analyze complex data and build actionable insights
Excellent communication skills in English
