תיאור תפקיד:
A global company in the Fintech / Trading industry is looking for a hands-on and creative Social & Marketing Specialist to lead and grow its organic presence across multiple digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
Manage and grow social media channels including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and additional platforms
Create and publish engaging content tailored to different audiences and channels
Drive organic growth, engagement, and community building
Work closely with internal teams such as Brand, Content, Design, PPC and Marketing
Identify trends, content opportunities, and audience insights
Support overall brand positioning and online presence
דרישות:
2+ years of hands-on experience managing social media / digital content
Proven experience managing multiple social platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
Excellent English – high/native-level writing and communication
Strong understanding of content strategy, engagement, and audience behavior
Creative mindset with ability to execute end-to-end
Advantage:
Experience working with global brands or international audiences
Familiarity with Fintech / Trading / Financial markets
Experience with AI tools, marketing automation, or email marketing
