Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to ensure designs meet business and user needs

דרישות:
3+ years of experience in product design working with data-rich environments
Experience designing for technical products or B2B software
Worked in an environment with a design system
Strong portfolio demonstrating design process, problem-solving skills, and user-centered design principles
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite, AI
Ability to communicate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment
Incorporate different AI tools in your day to day work
