A Hi Tech company in Raanana is looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Account Manager (Technical) to join our sales team and support key customers across the hi-tech ecosystem. This role combines high technical understanding with commercial execution and offers the opportunity to work closely with innovative engineering teams while driving long-term business growth.
Responsibilities
As an Account Manager, you will act as both the primary customer interface and an internal advocate, connecting customer needs with the company’s solutions and capabilities.
Account Ownership & Growth
• Build trusted, long term relationships with engineering teams, technical leaders, and business stakeholders.
• Drive new opportunities within assigned accounts and territory.
• Manage a healthy sales pipeline aligned with targets.
Customer Engagement & Solution Selling
• Understand customer technical challenges and business objectives.
• Translate needs into value-based technical and commercial proposals.
דרישות:
• BSc in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
• 5+ Years Experience in technical sales, account management, or business development. Must
• Strong interest in technology-driven sales.
• Strong customer orientation with a passion for sales and relationship building.
• Ability to engage confidently with engineers and decision-makers.
• Willingness to travel within Israel and occasionally abroad.
• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English.
Nice to Have
• Experience with Test & Measurement or complex technical solutions.
• Background in RF, High Speed Digital, semiconductor, automotive, power.
• Experience managing strategic and growth accounts.
