תיאור תפקיד:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Affiliate Team Lead to join our growing marketing team.
In this role, you’ll lead and mentor a small team of Affiliate Managers, oversee the entire affiliate operations, and drive acquisition and revenue growth across multiple brands in the iGaming industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and support a small team of Affiliate Managers to achieve acquisition and revenue goals
Develop and execute the company’s affiliate acquisition strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
Negotiate and manage commercial agreements with top affiliates and partners (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid)
Monitor performance metrics (clicks, FTDs, NGR, ROI) to assess campaign effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities
Collaborate closely with the CMO and marketing teams to align traffic quality with acquisition and ROI targets
Optimize offers, commission structures, and campaigns to maximize player lifetime value and profitability
Ensure all affiliate activities comply with regulations, brand guidelines, and industry standards
Stay current with market trends, competitive insights, and emerging traffic sources to continuously improve results
דרישות:
3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably within the iGaming industry
Proven experience in leading, mentoring, and training team members
Strong negotiation, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
Hands-on experience with affiliate tracking platforms, analytics, and reporting tools
Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies
Proactive, motivated, and results-oriented attitude
