Your Responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements, plan and implement tailored solutions to meet organizational goals
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver training and ensure user adoption
Manage administrative tasks, ensuring Salesforce best practices and incorporating new platform features
Troubleshoot and resolve ongoing issues to maintain a seamless Salesforce experience
Serve as the organization’s Salesforce expert, mentoring team members and fostering skill development
דרישות:
Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Implementer
Salesforce Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of data modeling, platform capabilities, permissions management, objects and field types, Flows, custom apps, validation rules, approval processes, reports, dashboards, and more
Lightning Proficiency: Skilled in Lightning Experience and Lightning App Builder
Cloud Mastery: Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including Entitlement Management
Business Insight: Proven ability to analyze business requirements, design effective processes, and ensure smooth user adoption
Customer-Centric Approach: Exceptional service skills with a focus on understanding and addressing customer needs
Team Spirit: Collaborative, adaptable, and skilled at working both independently and within a team
Problem-Solving: Creative and analytical thinker with exceptional problem-solving skills
Proactive Attitude: A self-starter who thrives under deadlines and effectively prioritizes tasks
Education: A relevant degree
Certifications: Salesforce Admin Certification
