תיאור תפקיד:
Responsibilities Lead AI-first growth strategies across search engines and AI discovery platforms (Google, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.).
Design, run, and analyze growth experiments to improve client visibility, lead generation, and performance.
Build AI-powered workflows, automations, prompts, and templates to improve marketing efficiency.
Monitor and optimize how client brands appear in AI-generated answers, search results, and zero-click environments.
Collaborate with content, paid media, and development teams to implement growth initiatives.
Continuously evaluate new AI tools and update agency processes across marketing functions.
דרישות:
Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, or similar in daily work.
Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4 and other reporting tools to drive decisions.
Experience with AI workflows, prompt engineering, automation tools (Zapier, Make), or API integrations.
Comfortable working independently, experimenting, and solving problems in a fast-changing environment.
Understanding of modern SEO, AI search, and how discovery is shifting from keywords to intent and answer engines.
Experience with A/B testing, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, or AI agents is an advantage.
Based in Israel and able to work remotely
