Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Arabic speaker individual to join our Sales and Business Development Department. This individual will be responsible for helping to drive growth of our services through effective sales and business development strategies, client relationship management, and partnerships, specifically in Arabic speaking territories. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic international team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our firm. Responsibilities: 1. Identify and engage with potential clients and partners in various industries, showcasing the value of our business, products and services. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. 3. Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand our client base and enhance our brand presence.

Qualifications: 1. Proven experience as a B2B Sales / Bizdev Manager or in any similar role, in the online trading/gaming/blockchain industry. 2. In-depth knowledge of B2B sales techniques and strategies, including prospecting, leads' generation and closing deals. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build a portfolio of clientele and influence clients at all levels of an organization. 4. Team player who knows how to work in a team in order to bring greater value to the table. 5. Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for sales and a results-oriented mindset. 6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 7. Familiarity with the online industry & fintech - a must. 8. Fluent English and Arabic- a must.
