Matrix is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Yokneam) (Johnson & Johnson Israel & EMEA Mid-Size Markets) As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will join the J&J Talent Acquisition Team and lead end-to-end recruitment processes, primarily for Israel, with the opportunity to support additional EMEA Mid-Size Markets such as Belgium, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Greece and others. This role will partner closely with business leaders, hiring managers and HR teams to attract, assess and hire outstanding talent across a broad range of professional domains, including Commercial, Supply Chain, R&D and other business-critical functions. You will play a key role in delivering a high-quality recruitment experience, shaping effective sourcing strategies and providing trusted talent advisory support to the business.

Bachelor’s degree is required; master’s degree is an advantage.
Minimum 6 years of proven end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably within product-based or commercial organizations, supporting complex business needs.
Experience recruiting for a variety of professional functions, such as Commercial, Supply Chain, R&D, Operations or other corporate/business roles.
Strong sourcing capability and the ability to identify, engage and attract passive and active candidates in competitive talent markets.
Fluent Hebrew and English, both written and spoken, are essential.
Experience working with Workday Recruit or similar applicant tracking systems is an advantage.
Experience using AI tools to support recruitment activities, such as sourcing, candidate engagement, market mapping or recruitment efficiency, is an advantage.
Experience working in an international organization and supporting recruitment across multiple countries is an advantage.
Primary workplace – Yokneam, Israel, Hybrid work.
Some domestic travels may be required (Shefayim/Ness Ziona sites)
