תיאור תפקיד:
A high-tech company in the Rehovot Science Park is looking for an additional R&D physicist to join the multidisciplinary R&D team. The role includes leading feasibility studies, defining new product specifications, performing experimental work and simulations, and supporting the full development life cycle, from concept to production. Main responsibilities - Leading feasibility studies for new product concepts and emerging technologies
- Planning, executing, and analyzing complex experiments and simulations
- Defining product specifications based on performance goals and application requirements
- Leading characterization and validation of new products
- Managing R&D projects from the inception stage to the production readiness stage
- Collaborating with customers and suppliers to support technical development and integration, on-time delivery, and on-time delivery
דרישות:
- Master's or PhD in experimental physics (chemical physics considered experimental)
- Proven ability to manage and lead independent research and development
- Strong problem-solving skills and practical experimental capabilities
- Experience with data analysis and simulation tools; MATLAB or Python - an advantage
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Project management experience - an advantage
- Full command of English (written and spoken)
