• We are transforming construction management with AI and computer vision.
• Our AI-powered SaaS platform automates on-site progress tracking, giving construction teams the tools to plan smarter, improve efficiency, and cut costly delays by up to 50%.
• What is Construction Solution:
• Part of the Operations department
• responsible for setting up and managing clients’ construction projects in the system
• Creates and maintains the project’s digital twin based on construction documentation (models, plans, schedules)
• Works closely with clients throughout the project lifecycle and manages the technical relationship
• Interprets construction data and collaborates with internal design tools and teams
• Team is composed of experienced construction professionals (site and project managers) with strong site and trade knowledge
• Ideal role for construction professionals transitioning into tech while leveraging their construction expertise
דרישות:
• 3+ years of hands-on construction field experience, preferably on large-scale or complex projects
• Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Fluent English and Hebrew (verbal and written)
• Experience with BIM environments and 3D modeling tools
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction methodologies
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management abilities
• Tech-savvy; proficient with MS Office and Google Workspace
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Ability to work from the Tel Aviv office at least 4 days per week
