We are looking for a System Engineer to join a leading defense company located in Yehud!
The role combines end-to-end system engineering with close collaboration with development teams, in a dynamic environment with multiple projects and Agile methodology. Responsibilities
Full system responsibility for a system/sub-system throughout its lifecycle.
Engineering design, requirements definition, and planning of the system solution.
Solving complex technical and engineering problems within the project.
Leading a system or project end-to-end, from requirements through implementation.
Leading engineering reviews and working with customers as needed.
Working closely with development teams and providing professional engineering leadership around the system.
Working closely with managers, engineers, and other project stakeholders.
Working on multiple projects in parallel, while managing priorities and tasks.
Working in an Agile environment with multiple interfaces.
Using Azure DevOps.
דרישות:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field (relevant military experience will also be considered when the academic background does not fully meet the requirements).
Around 4 years of experience in System Engineering.
Experience working with development teams.
Experience leading a system/project end-to-end.
Strong orientation toward software projects and software engineering.
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple tasks.
Strong leadership, ownership, and responsibility for tasks and systems.
Experience in the defense industry / background in technological IDF units, particularly Unit 9900 – an advantage.
