About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Technology Project Manager
who can bridge business needs and technology and take projects from initial requirements through implementation and go-live.
This is a highly independent role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and driving execution
. You’ll work across business and technology teams, shape requirements, coordinate development efforts and keep multiple stakeholders aligned throughout delivery.
What You’ll Do
• Manage technology projects End-to-End
, from business need to go-live
• Understand business challenges and translate them into practical technology solutions
• Map processes and prepare detailed technical specifications
• Coordinate development teams and vendors in a matrix environment
• Work closely with managers, users and stakeholders in Israel and abroad
• Manage priorities, dependencies and roadblocks throughout delivery
• Drive implementation while keeping multiple interfaces aligned

What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of experience in Technology Project Management – must
• Proven experience managing technology projects End-to-End – must
• Experience with process mapping, specifications and translating business requirements into technical requirements – must
• Strong technical understanding and hands-on experience working with development teams – must
• Excellent written and spoken English – must
• Strong independence, initiative, ownership and resourcefulness
• Ability to make decisions and move projects forward in changing or not fully defined environments
Strong Advantages
• Pre-Sales / Solution Design experience
• Salesforce experience
• Familiarity with CRM, ERP and/or BI systems
• Experience in complex, cross-functional organizations
• Experience with AI projects or AI-based systems
Important to Know
• Full-time, on-site position – no hybrid work
• Located in the Southern Shfela area
• Due to the location, commuting by car is recommended
