תיאור תפקיד:
• A world-renowned leader in the defense sector, specializing in the development, production, and integration of cutting-edge sonar, acoustic systems, and comprehensive underwater security solutions, is eeking an experienced Project Manager.
• Job Description: Reporting directly to the VP of Projects Responsible for leading complex projects end-to-end Lead and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, from initiation through to delivery and customer acceptance.
• Collaborate closely with the Operations department to expedite procurement and production processes, ensuring alignment with customer timelines.
• Interface daily within a matrix structure across various departments, including R&D (Hardware, Software, Mechanical), Operations, Production, and Management.
• Manage direct customer relationships, including expectations, progress reporting, crisis resolution, and presenting project milestones/plans.
• Oversee risk management, budgeting, scheduling (Gantt), and resource allocation.

• B.Sc. in Electrical/Electronics Engineering 3+ years of experience in project management within companies developing multidisciplinary systems Proven experience working within the defense industry / defense tech companies Proven track record working directly with production floors, procurement, and operations departments Demonstrated experience operating successfully in a matrix environment without direct managerial authority Experience in direct, customer-facing roles High proficiency in English – Significant Advantage.
