תיאור תפקיד:
The Senior Social Media Manager will drive our brands and blogs' growth and engagement across all social channels, leading organic and influencer strategies for both casino and sports content.
This role combines hands-on campaign delivery, cross-functional teamwork, and data-driven planning, together with executing high-impact influencer initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Own and execute social media presence across all key platforms (X, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit), aligning messaging and tone to the brand’s values and regulatory guidelines.
Develop, launch, and optimize always-on and campaign-based influencer programs, identifying, engaging, and managing new and existing partners in iGaming, sports, and entertainment segments.
Plan and coordinate influencer marketing campaigns from ideation through execution, including negotiating deliverables, scripting/posting, budget oversight, measurement, and reporting.
Collaborate closely with content, creative, and product teams to support integrated campaigns, maximizing reach while ensuring maximum brand visibility.
Create, brief, and schedule engaging original content (posts, video, streams, stories, live updates) tailored to the platform and audience, leveraging the latest digital formats and trends.

• 4+ years of social media experience, with 2+ years in a senior or lead role; prior experience in the iGaming, betting, sports, or related entertainment industries strongly preferred.
• Deep platform expertise: X, FB, Instagram, TG, TikTok, YouTube, plus emerging channels relevant to iGaming audiences.
• Proven ability to coordinate multi-market, multi-campaign calendars and thrive in fast paced environments.
• Skilled at analyzing metrics via platform analytics, third-party tools, and dashboards; confident in boiling complexity into actionable KPIs and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal English; additional languages valued.
• Creativity, strategic vision, and a passion for digital culture, sports, and gaming trends.
• Nice to Have: Prior experience with Twitch/Kick, Redit or live-streaming influencer programs.
• Familiarity with advertising, AML, and responsible gaming regulations in key markets.
• Track record of growing a casino/sportsbook brand’s social community significantly.
