AI & Data Manager for a Strategic Role
Subordinates to the CIO
What does the role include?
Leading the Group's core applications, with an emphasis on SAP systems.
Formulate and lead data and applied AI initiatives to create business value and improve processes.
Team and managerial management, along with matrix leadership of application managers in the group's companies.
Leading cross-organizational projects and incorporating initiatives between different business units.
Ongoing work with the company's management, logistics, business partners and technology providers.
Collaboration with the AI technology function under the CISO for infrastructure adaptation, governance and information security.
Promote innovation, standardization, and continuous improvement of business applications and processes.
דרישות:
At least 5 years of experience in managing business applications in a complex organization – mandatory.
Significant experience working with SAP systems, with an emphasis on logistics and supply chain modules – a must.
Experience in leading initiatives and projects in the fields of data, BI, and applied AI – a must.
Experience in managing teams and managers – a must.
Experience in leading in a matrix environment and in multi-company organizations or business units – a must.
Experience in the worlds of logistics, supply chain or pharma – a significant advantage.
Very high level of English - a must
High business and technological understanding, systemic vision, and the ability to lead organizational changes.
Experience working with Data Governance, Information Security
