Chief Systems Engineer seeking an experienced leader to define, architect, and technically execute space-based System-of-Systems. Responsible for driving system development from mission concept and requirements definition through integration, qualification, and operational readiness. Key responsibilities include defining mission concepts, system architecture, and operational requirements; owning system requirements, interface definitions, performance budgets, and technical baselines; leading system-level trade studies and critical architectural decisions; managing interfaces with spacecraft platforms, payloads, ground systems, and external stakeholders; leading major engineering reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR) and technical risk assessments; coordinating multidisciplinary teams across hardware, software, avionics, communications, mechanical, and integration domains; and overseeing verification, validation, integration, and qualification activities. Location: Haifa.
דרישות:
M.Sc. in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline. 10+ years of Systems Engineering experience in complex aerospace, defense, or space programs. Proven experience in system architecture, requirements management, interface control, and engineering leadership. Hands-on experience with system specifications, ICDs, verification planning, and technical reviews. High proficiency in English.
