תיאור תפקיד:
We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join a leading financial organization operating complex, mission-critical systems.
This role involves end-to-end ownership of DevOps infrastructure, working closely with development teams to implement advanced technologies, optimize processes, and ensure secure, reliable, and scalable environments.
Responsibilities:
Design, implement, maintain, and continuously improve the organization's DevOps infrastructure.
• Lead the integration and implementation of DevOps tools, technologies, and best practices across development teams.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and automation solutions.
• Manage containerized environments, with a strong focus on OpenShift and Kubernetes.
• Support development teams in implementing new projects, technologies, and infrastructure solutions.
• Integrate application security, code analysis, and artifact management tools into DevOps workflows.
• Drive continuous improvement of development processes, infrastructure reliability, and operational efficiency.

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps engineering, including designing and managing advanced DevOps environments.
• Proven experience with OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, including Groovy scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Ansible for automated deployments across Linux and Windows environments.
• Strong knowledge of Git, including implementing and working with GitFlow methodologies.
• Experience with artifact repositories such as JFrog Artifactory or Nexus, including package management (NPM, NuGet).
• Proficiency in scripting using Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
• Experience with API Management solutions and supporting API-first development practices.
• Experience integrating application security and static code analysis tools into DevOps pipelines.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to work outside regular business hours when required.
• Nice to Have: At least one year of software development experience with Java, C, or Angular.
• Experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Familiarity with build tools such as Maven, CMake, or Ant.
• Experience with application security tools such as Xray, Aqua, or Vault.
• Experience with SonarQube or similar static code analysis solutions.
