Proven experience building production AI agents or backend systems that deliver real customer impact.
Hands-on experience developing and deploying LLM-powered applications, including agentic workflows, tool calling, retrieval, orchestration, and evaluation.
Strong software engineering skills in Python (or similar), with experience building scalable backend systems.
Strong system design skills with the ability to make thoughtful technical trade-offs across scalability, latency, reliability, and cost.

5+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer with strong programming skills in Node.js, Python, or similar backend languages,
building and operating complex, large-scale systems in cloud environments
Strong system design skills and ability to translate product ideas into scalable architecture
Experience building AI-powered systems using LLMs and agent frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, etc.)
Experience designing automated workflows or tool-based AI systems that interact with APIs and external services
Strong analytical thinking and systematic problem-solving skills

2–3 years of experience leading a development team, professionally and/or managerially.
Proven experience developing AI/ML, Generative AI, or LLM-based solutions.
Strong hands-on experience with Python.
Experience building AI infrastructure, AI platforms, or reusable AI components.
Experience in integrating AI capabilities into existing software products and business processes.
Experience developing AI-First systems or LLM/Agent-based solutions.
Experience working with APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
Experience working in cloud environments, particularly Azure.
Hands-on experience with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Vector Databases, and Agent frameworks.
