תיאור תפקיד:
Millions of people trust us to protect their privacy and keep the internet open. Now we’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help us grow how people discover, adopt, and pay for our products.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves digging into funnels, spotting what’s working (and what isn’t), and shipping fast. You’ll own launches end to end, from the first idea to the moment a feature is live and in users’ hands.
What you’ll do:
• Launch features end to end: positioning, messaging, creative, rollout, and measuring impact.
• Analyze funnels and user behavior to find drop-offs and growth opportunities.
• Run CRO experiments across landing pages, flows, and creative, then iterate on the results.
• Work on pricing, packaging, and monetization to drive conversion and revenue.
• Review and shape creative, and know what makes an ad, page, or message convert.
• Partner closely with Product, Growth, and Design teams.
• Use Claude and other AI tools daily to move faster, test more, and raise the quality of your work.

What we’re looking for:
• 1+ years of experience in Product Marketing, monetization, product or game economy, or a closely related role.
• B2C experience (a must).
• Experience in monetization.
• Comfort reading funnels and performance data.
• A track record of launching features or products from start to finish.
• A good eye for aesthetics (a must): you can tell when a design looks off and explain why.
• A sharp sense of messaging.
• AI fluency: you’re already working with Claude or similar tools and can show how they make you better.
• Experience at a gaming company is a huge advantage.
Nice to have:
• Pricing experience.
• Hands-on CRO experience.
This is a full time position, on site in Tel Aviv.
