What we’re looking for:
3+ years of experience in AI Engineering, ML Engineering, NLP, Data Science, or a similar technical field.
Relevant B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science or a related quantitative field.
Strong Python programming skills.
Hands-on experience building AI agents and multi-step workflows.
Experience with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG and retrieval techniques.
Experience with evaluation frameworks, benchmarking and experimentation.
Familiarity with LangGraph, LangChain or similar frameworks – an advantage.
