Initially, this position is for a 6 month project but it can lead to a longer term depending on the results. Program Oversight & Execution Translate strategic vision into detailed, actionable project plans with clear timelines, benchmarks, and KPIs. Supervise staff of five and manage daily operations and ensure full integration of creative, editorial, digital, and logistical teams.
Rapid Response Infrastructure Build and manage a 24/7 digital monitoring and media response team to identify, analyze, and respond to disinformation and trending narratives. Oversee translation, fact-checking, and the production of short-form video clips designed to intervene in real-time online discourse.

Engagement and Event Production Coordinate leadership missions, VIP day tours, and high-impact appearances at major conferences. Track audience engagement metrics and adjust strategies to optimize reach and impact among targeted demographics.
Qualifications: Minimum 5 years experience in project management, media production, communications, advocacy, or a related field. Fluent in English and Hebrew with high level management skills.

The Influencer Relations Executive will serve as the primary liaison with a network of high-profile influencers, providing them with daily curated news content, rapid-response updates, and tailored media assets for their unique audiences. The ideal candidate will combine strong relationship-building skills with editorial judgment, ensuring influencers have the right content at the right time to maximize impact. Key Responsibilities Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with 100 high-impact influencers in the US and Israel.
Understand each influencer’s audience, tone, and content style to deliver personalized, high-value content packages.
Monitor breaking news and trending topics 24/7 to produce curated daily news briefs tailored to each influencer’s platform.
Align influencer campaigns with major events and holidays for maximum reach.
Track and report on influencer-driven reach, engagement, and sentiment trends.
Maintain an organized database of influencer contacts, preferences, and performance stats.
