תיאור תפקיד:
One Taldor מגייסת מנתח/ת מערכות WEB אחריות התפקיד: ניתוח מערכות: ביצוע ניתוח מפורט של מערכות אינטרנט קיימות וחדשות, תוך התמקדות בצרכים העסקיים של הארגון והלקוחות. אפיון דרישות: כתיבת מסמכי אפיון מפורטים (פונקציונליים וטכניים) בשפה ברורה ופשוטה, תוך הבנת התהליכים העסקיים בארגון. ניהול פרויקטים: ליווי צוותי פיתוח ובדיקות לאורך כל מחזור חיי הפרויקט, תוך הקפדה על עמידה בלוחות זמנים ובתקציב. ניהול קשר עם לקוחות: בניית מערכות יחסים ארוכות טווח עם לקוחות, מתן מענה לשאלותיהם ופתרון בעיות. אינטגרציה: יצירת אינטגרציה בין מערכות שונות, תוך הבנת הפרטים לעומקם וראיית התמונה הכוללת. אפיון ממשקים: אפיון ממשקי משתמש עבור מערכות פנימיות וחיצוניות (WEB, mobile), תוך הקפדה על חווית משתמש מיטבית.
דרישות:
ידע וניסיון של לפחות 5 שנים בניתוח מערכות אינטרנט מקצה לקצה- חובה כתיבת מסמכי אפיון מפורטים - פונקציונאלי וטכני בשפה העברית.- חובה ידע וניסיון בניתוח וכתיבת איפיון מימשקים למערכות פנימיות וחיצוניות - מערכות תפעוליות, WEB, mobile (אינטרנט) - חובה!! יכולת אבחון וטיפול בתקלות ואפיון שיפורים במערכת.- חובה ידע וניסיון בעבודה עם בסיסי נתונים SQL , כולל כתיבת שאילתות SQL - יתרון

What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a Technical Documentation Team Lead that can drive the long term content strategy and also execute projects that support this strategy.
Responsibilities: Set the strategy for content management and developer tools
Identify, procure, implement and maintain 3rd party tools to support the writing and publishing of customer-facing and internal business and technical documentation
Provide developer tools, blogs and online communities to customers that help speed up integration with our APIs
Interact with product, sales, marketing, support and customers in the US to:
Align content with public website
Align content and tools to sales and product goals, and also help our customers launch financial products quickly and easily
Understand customer and developer needs, and improve satisfaction by delivering the content and tools discussed above
Establish and maintain tools and processes for gathering, measuring and acting on customer and developer feedback
Lead a team of technical writers
דרישות:
Requirements Proficient in Hebrew and English both written and verbal, sufficient for achieving consensus and success in a remote and largely asynchronous work environment - Must
7 years of experience managing a team - Must
3-5 years managing technical products and/or content; understanding of developer tools (GitHub, SDKs, sample apps, postman collections, etc.) - Must
Must be willing to collaborate with US team 4 days per week (Mon-Thurs) from 9am-4pm Eastern Standard Time (US) - Must
Must work in-person in Jerusalem office a minimum of 2 days/week - Must
Nice-to-Have Previous experience with financial products and services
Previous experience implementing AI solutions
