תיאור תפקיד:
תחומי אחריות וסמכות: אפיון, תכנון, ליווי ייצור והטמעה של מתקנים ואוטומציה לשיפור מערך הייצור באתר. הכולל: אפיון הנדסי, הצעת קונספטים, תכן הנדסי, שרטוטי ייצור, הצעות מחיר, ליווי ייצור אצל קבלני משנה/בבית, הטמעה בקווי הייצור. שותפ/ה לאיתור צרכים ואפיון מכונות חדשות. הובלת תחום הרובוטיקה במחלקת הנדסת הייצור – תמיכה טכנית ברובוט הקיים והובלה מקצועית של פרויקטים עתידיים. תמיכה הנדסית שוטפת במערך הייצור והאיכות באתר (עדכון שרטוטי ייצור והרכבה, תלונות לקוח, בעיות במוצרים קיימים, הדרכות והכשרות, הוראות הפעלה למתקנים ומכונות, הוראות הרכבה).
דרישות:
השכלה וניסיון נדרשים: מהנדס/הנדסאי מכונות – חובה ידע וניסיון קודם בתכנון מתקנים תומכי ייצור ואוטומציה – חובה שליטה וניסיון בתכנון במערכת CAD מסוג SolidWorks – חובה ידע וניסיון קודם בתכנות ועבודה עם רובוטים תעשייתיים – יתרון הכרות עם עולם המתכת (מתכות, ריתוך, מתקנים, ציוד הקיפי וכדומה) – יתרון תכונות וסגנון עבודה: יכולת עבודה בצוות יכולות טכניות טובות יכולת הובלת תהליכים שירותיות יכולת ירידה לפרטים אנגלית ברמה טובה מאוד
