We are looking for highly experienced Lead Civil Engineer (Owner’s Engineer) for combined cycle Power Plant project.
The Lead Civil Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the technical delivery of all Civil works on site, ensuring that the EPC contractor's work meets the project specifications, industry standards, Israeli's local requirements, and the owner's expectations.
· Act as the Owner’s technical authority for all civil engineering matters (earth works, road
and drainage work, foundation works, structural etc.) throughout the project lifecycle.
· Ensure that the construction complies with the design and contract requirements,
applicable codes (IEC, IEEE), and local regulations.
· Participate in design review meetings and HAZOP studies.
· Monitor all civil construction activities and ensure that the construction is according to
approved designs and quality standards.
· Assist in resolving engineering issues that arise during construction.
· Interface with the EPC contractor, Owner’s project team, and third-party consultants to
ensure technical alignment.
· Ensure that all work is performed safely and in compliance with health, safety, and
environmental (HSE) standards.
· Prepare the OE civil technical reports and escalate critical issues to the Project Manager
