תיאור תפקיד:
Own the system architecture and system-level design across the full
product lifecycle
• Collaborate closely with the Product team to understand operational
scenarios, performance targets, and product-level requirements
• Translate product requirements into system architectures, system
requirements, and interface definitions
• Lead system-level design decisions and architectural trade-offs to
meet performance, reliability, safety, and scalability objectives
• Provide system-level feasibility assessments, constraints, and tradeoff analyses to support product decisions
• Define and maintain system interfaces, boundaries, and allocation of
responsibilities between subsystems
• Support system integration and cross-domain coordination to ensure
coherent end-to-end system behavior
• Participate in technical and design reviews to ensure alignment
between system intent, implementation, and verification
• Define system-level technical requirements for subcontractors and
support their alignment with system architecture and performance
goals
דרישות:
• BSc. in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Aeronautical, or
Electronics)
• At least 4 years of experience as a System Engineer
• Proven experience developing autonomous, aerial, or defense-grade
systems
• Ability to define and implement system engineering processes and
methodologies
• Strong ability to work independently and within cross-functional
teams
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively at
both technical and decision-making levels
Advantage:
• Experience in the defense industry
• Experience with UAVs, autonomy stacks, robotic systems
Languages:
• Hebrew, English – Speaking, reading and writing at high leve

לקבוצת אודיס, העוסקת בפיתוח, תכנון וייצור טכנולוגיות מים, דרוש מנהל/ת איכות להובלת תהליכי תקינה בינלאומיים ומקומיים: - מבדקים חיצוניים ופנימיים
- התנעת תקנים ונהלים בתהליכי התכנון והייצור
- וולידציה וניהול סיכונים למוצר ותהליכים
- טיפול בתלונות לקוח ופעולות מתקנות ומונעות
- הדרכת עובדים בנושאי איכות בהתאם להגדרות הרגולטוריות ותקנים בין לאומיים כמו NSF
- אישור מסמכים הנדסיים
- כתיבת נהלי עבודה
- מעקב אחר ביצוע פעולות מתקנות
- סיקור והסמכת קבלני משנה וספקים
דרישות:
- ניסיון בניהול מערך איכות במפעל תעשייתי - 10 שנים לפחות!
- הנדסאי/ת או מהנדס/ת מכונות, תעשייה וניהול, איכות או תחום אחר רלוונטי
- היכרות עם תקנים בינ"ל ודרישות רגולציה
- היכרות עם תקנים ודרישות ניהול ופינוי חומ"ס של המשרד להגנת הסביבה.
- מוטיבציה גבוהה, אמינות, יושרה ויכולת תקשורת בינאישית גבוהה.
