Application Engineer (Delivery & Field Implementation) Location: Haifa (Hybrid) Travel Required About the Company We are looking for a hands-on, process-driven Application Engineer to lead on-site system implementations and customer onboarding across global customer locations. This is a highly impactful, customer-facing role at the intersection of technology, operations, and delivery. You will ensure installations are performed correctly, customers are trained and confident, and deployments run smoothly from setup to go-live. You’ll also bring critical field insights back to Product, R&D, and Delivery teams to continuously improve the system. Execute and supervise on-site hardware installations (including work with third-party installers) Set up, configure, and validate industrial Linux-based computers and camera systems Lead customer training sessions, onboarding, and product demonstrations Troubleshoot hardware and system installation issues in the field Perform basic networking setup (IP configuration, connectivity validation, cabling) Manage customer communication and expectations during deployments Follow structured implementation checklists and delivery processes Identify and escalate risks or issues that could impact system go-live

What We’re Looking For? 2+ years of experience in field engineering, on-site implementation, or customer-facing technical roles Hands-on experience with installation tools and physical system setup Practical knowledge of networking fundamentals (RJ45 cabling, switches, routers, connectivity troubleshooting) Strong customer-facing communication skills Highly process-oriented with attention to quality and consistency Ability to work independently in customer environments Strong troubleshooting and system validation capabilities Clear written documentation and reporting skills Fluent English Willingness and ability to travel internationally Nice to Have Experience in warehouse, logistics, or industrial environments Familiarity with Linux systems, cameras, or edge devices Experience working with external contractors or installers Additional languages (Hebrew / Spanish) Why Join Us? Solid understanding of build/test workflows and build systems (e.g., CMake, MSBuild, Ninja, Make, Gradle, Bazel). Strong OS and infrastructure knowledge: Windows and Linux environments. Experience working with cloud providers (AWS / Azure / GCP) and hybrid enterprise environments.
