תיאור תפקיד:
We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Lead to become one of the most important people in the company. This
role sits between product, technology, business, data, growth, and execution. We need someone who can define the
product deeply, understand technical tradeoffs, work closely with engineering, and help turn a complex business vision into
a scalable product.
What you’ll do
Lead product definition from zero: user flows, product logic, requirements, priorities, edge cases, and MVP scope.
Translate business goals into clear product and technical requirements.
Own major product areas including subscription, offers, merchants, raffles, tournaments, rewards, gamification,
dashboards, CRM, CMS, and analytics.
Work closely with the R&D Team Lead on architecture, delivery planning, tradeoffs, and execution.
Define tracking, attribution, analytics, events, funnels, and measurement infrastructure.
Help define integrations with payment providers, CRM systems, marketing tools, MMPs, GTM, Meta CAPI, server-side
events, and other growth infrastructure.
Build clear product specs, wireframes, flow diagrams, data requirements, and acceptance criteria.
Make product decisions based on business logic, user experience, data, scalability, and speed of execution.
Partner with design to create a strong consumer and merchant experience.

8–10+ years of experience in product, technical product, product leadership, solution architecture, or hands-on
product/engineering roles.
Strong technical understanding. You do not need to be the main developer, but you must be able to work deeply with
engineers.
Proven ability to define complex digital products from concept to launch.
Experience with consumer products, subscription products, loyalty, ecommerce, marketplaces, social gaming,
gamification, fintech, adtech, martech, or membership platforms.
Strong understanding of analytics, tracking, attribution, event design, funnels, and growth infrastructure.
Experience with MMP concepts, CAPI/server-side tracking, GTM, CRM integrations, and marketing data flows.

דרוש/ה מנהל/ת מוצר דיגיטלי מוכשר/ת, יצירתי/ת ובעל/ת חזון, להובלת המוצרים הדיגיטליים ותהליכי החדשנות של החברה. התפקיד משלב בין חוויית משתמש (UX), טכנולוגיה, שירות ויעדים עסקיים אסטרטגיים. מהות התפקיד: ניהול מוצר מקצה לקצה עבור אפליקציית EGG, כולל אפיון פיצ'רים, הובלת Roadmap ועבודה צמודה עם צוותי פיתוח, UX, דאטה, שירות ושיווק.
אחריות על ניהול ופיתוח אתרי האינטרנט של הקבוצה (מידע ושירות) תוך שיפור ביצועים, נגישות ו-SEO.
הובלת פרויקטי AI מתקדמים במערכי שירות הלקוחות (מוקדים קוליים וערוצי WhatsApp) להטמעת אוטומציות ושיפור חוויית השיחה.
עבודה שוטפת מול ממשקים רב-ארגוניים: מערכות מידע, מחלקת דיגיטל, שירות לקוחות, ספקים חיצוניים והנהלה בכירה.
ניתוח נתונים ומדדי שימוש לצורך קבלת החלטות מבוססות דאטה ושיפור ביצועים עסקיים.
דרישות:
- לפחות 5 שנות ניסיון בניהול מוצר/שיווק מוצרים.
- ניסיון מוכח בניהול אפליקציות והגדרת Roadmap ואסטרטגיית מוצר.
- הבנה טכנולוגית גבוהה ויכולת עבודה מול צוותי פיתוח.
- ניסיון מעשי בעבודה עם כלי AI.
כישורים נדרשים: - ראייה מערכתית רחבה.
- יצירתיות ויכולת חשיבה אנליטית.
- יכולת ניהול ממשקים מרובים בסביבה דינמית ועתירת משימות.
