לפחות 4-5 שנות ניסיון בניתוח מערכות, כתיבת אפיונים טכניים, עבודה מול בסיסי נתונים (SQL) וממשקים. ניסיון בעבודה עם Postman, REST APIs, JSON – חובה. לפחות 3 שנות ניסיון בניהול פרויקטים מקצה לקצה בקבוצות Delivery גדולות. ניסיון באפיון יישומי WEB ואפליקציות MOBILE. יכולת ניהול מקבילי של כמה פרויקטים ובקרה בהיבטי תכולה ולו"ז. רקע בפיתוח והבנה של ארכיטקטורות – יתרון משמעותי. ניסיון בעולמות הביטוח והפיננסים – יתרון. תואר ראשון רלוונטי.
