We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our innovative team.
As we continue to expand our platform and enhance user experiences, we require a seasoned developer who can contribute their expertise to our dynamic projects.
Responsibilities:
● Develop and maintain scalable web applications and APIs
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
● Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
● Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices
● Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure seamless performance
● Work closely with Product Management, UX & Design, and other Developers to
build new tools enabling creativity at scale
● Ensure our code is of the highest quality by practicing and evangelizing
engineering best practices (code reviews, pairing, etc.)

Requirements:
● 7+ years of experience as a Full-stack, Backend or Frontend developer, especially in Node.JS OR JAVA
● 6+ years of experience with Vue or React - MUST
● Experience with PHP and frameworks like Laravel or Symfony- advantage
● Architectural understanding of web applications
● B.Sc.or M.Sc in Computer Science or equivalent experience-advantage
● Knowledge and understanding of work in modern environments: version
control, build tools, CI servers
● Superior creative and innovative problem-solving skills
● Eager to learn more about new languages and framework

Proficient in Hebrew and English both written and verbal, sufficient for achieving consensus and success in a remote and largely asynchronous work environment.
Professional experience with containerization or similar technologies in large production environments
Significant experience with object-oriented programming languages in a production environment at scale.
Demonstrated capacity to clearly and concisely communicate about complex technical, architectural, and/or organizational problems and propose thorough iterative solutions
Experience with performance and optimization problems and a demonstrated ability to both diagnose and prevent these problems
You have demonstrated the ability to onboard and integrate with an organization long-term.
Experience owning a project from concept to production, including proposal, discussion, and execution.
Self-motivated and self-managing, with strong organizational skills.
Comfort working in a highly agile, intensely iterative software development process
Positive and solution-oriented mindset
An inclination towards communication, inclusion, and visibility
