תיאור תפקיד:
חברה מובילה בתחומה בתחום ההשקעות בנדל"ן מסחרי בארה"ב מחפשת איש/אשת מכירות מנוסה שינהל את תהליך המכירה מול משקיעים פוטנציאליים במשרדי החברה בבני ברק. תחומי אחריות: ניהול תהליך המכירה משיחת היכרות ועד סגירת עסקה הצגת הזדמנויות השקעה והתאמתן לצרכי הלקוח מתן מענה מקצועי לשאלות פיננסיות, תשואות, סיכונים והיבטים משפטיים (בשיתוף צוות החברה) עבודה צמודה עם צוות טלמיטינג לטיפול בלידים חמים ואיכותיים שמירה על קשר עם משקיעים קיימים והרחבת ההשקעות שלהם תנאים מעולים ובונוסים מבוססי הצלחות.
דרישות:
לפחות שנתיים ניסיון במכירות מורכבות/השקעות/פיננסים – חובה רקע או הבנה בסיסית בשוק ההון, נדל"ן או השקעות – יתרון משמעותי יכולת שכנוע גבוהה, אסרטיביות ויכולת דיבור רהוטה בעברית (אנגלית – יתרון) ניסיון בעבודה עם לידים חמים וניהול תהליך מכירה ארוך שליטה ב-CRM וכלים דיגיטליים יחסי אנוש מעולים, תודעת שירות גבוהה, אחריות ועמידה ביעדים
