תיאור תפקיד:
Strong hands-on background in electromechanical systems, manufacturing quality control, and process improvement
Perform in-depth quality inspections across all production stages, including mechanical assemblies, electronics, wiring, and precision components.
Document inspections and non-conformities in ERP systems (e.g., Priority), ensuring full compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, and aerospace/defense standards.
Lead root cause analyses and manage CAPA processes in collaboration with Engineering, Production, and QA teams.
Drive process improvement initiatives to reduce defects, optimize production flow, and improve product quality and yield.
Prepare quality reports and communicate findings to management and cross-functional teams. Willingness to travel occasionally to supplier and customer sites (domestic and international) for quality oversight. Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years experience in quality control within complex manufacturing environments (preferably aerospace, defense, or high-precision industries). Proven experience with electromechanical assemblies and interdisciplinary production lines. Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical and electrical drawings and schematics. Hands-on experience with measurement and inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, oscilloscopes, multimeters). Familiarity with ERP systems for quality management (Priority ERP –an advantage). Solid understanding of circuit board assembly, wiring harnesses, mechanical components, and composite materials.
