We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our finance and affiliate operations team.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in financial reconciliation, reporting, and affiliate network management.
This role involves working with large volumes of data, managing commission flows, and ensuring seamless collaboration with partners and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and reconcile daily financial transactions, balances, and profitability across platforms
Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly financial and commission reports
Support and maintain affiliate operations, ensuring accurate tracking and timely payouts
Communicate with affiliate partners, providers, and internal stakeholders to improve cost efficiency and campaign performance
Manage and organize large datasets (500–800 entries daily) with a high level of precision
Ensure compliance with internal policies and contractual obligations
דרישות:
Native-level English required
2+ years of experience in finance operations, preferably within the affiliate marketing industry.
Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data cleaning, etc.)
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Experience with affiliate platforms, networks, or partner operations – must-have
Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM systems – an advantage
High level of ownership, accuracy, and accountability
