תיאור תפקיד:
We are seeking an execution-focused Product Manager to run specific products within our Payments offering (ACH, Wires, FedNow, RTP, etc.) to (ACH, Wires, FedNow, RTP, Card Payments and Acquiring). This role will focus on building and managing traditional, fast, or emerging payment rails, designing the product strategy, overseeing the buildout of products and processes, defining the target audience, and crafting the go-to-market strategy. Own the product development and commercialization of Payments products Own the P&L of at least one Payments products Write requirements for Engineers and other stakeholders, run Engineering grooming sessions and standups, as well as coordinate complex execution plans Conduct periodic product reviews with stakeholders, oversee regulatory compliance, and adhere to our operating model Work cross-functionally to establish requirements and coordinate end-to-end execution Champion a client-centric approach, ensuring all product development starts and ends with the client in mind Ensure proper governance around initiatives and support audit activities Execute go-live strategy with Design, Marketing, Sales, and relevant stakeholders Foster a culture of continuous improvement with iteration, retrospectives, and direct communication

Requirements: Available working some US hours Proficient in Hebrew and English both written and verbal, sufficient for achieving consensus and success in a remote and largely asynchronous work environment - Must Proven success building platforms to offer Payments networks (RTP, FedNow, ACH, FedWire, International Payments) to customers Experience with industry standard formats (ISO20022, NACHA) Experience with business cases, pricing, and P&L management Proven track record of technical product development, commercialization and launching new products Understanding of APIs and microservices 4+ years of experience in Product Management Understanding of financial services industry regulations and best practices Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
