Managing a team of several engineers A to Z.
Lead Company’s battery less Tag development:
concept, architecture, design, layout, testing and high volume production.
Define new production processes and automatic testing for high volume products.
Define, implement and assimilate of HW development work methodology.
Joint work with various teams (RF IC, antenna, system…) to make sure the full solution is optimized
Orchestrate\push\manage subcontractor beyond the edge of existing technologies
Deliver within specification, cost and schedule

דרישות:
7 years of HW, RF and antenna design, writing technical specification documents, test procedures and automation.
3 years of technology and management leadership - advantage
Experience in very high volume and low cost RF IC based reference design, taking into account IC system position, antenna and impedances, mechanical aspects, production line considerations and more.
Experience managing sub-contractors for design and production.
Knowledge in Module/Tag design, Wireless communication chipsets experience (such as Bluetooth & RFID) – advantage.
