תיאור תפקיד:
Leading Engineering & R&D Multideceplinary team in a UAV/Drone company
Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Sales, General Ganagers, and executive members to define technology strategy and roadmaps.
Advise CEO and priorities regarding design and direction of new developments.
Ensure the engineering team is scheduled and working efficiently while utilizing company equipment and harnessing the rest of the departments.
The ideal candidate will have leadership skills, proven technical competence, and the ability to collaborate with others to achieve business objectives. Responsibilities :
- Lead and mentor a team of electrical, mechanical amd software engineers to deliver UAV Platforms and systems fit the customer need Conduct presentations to military and commercial engineering team (including PDR, CDR, etc.)
- Review SOWs and special requests from clients, evaluate, and raise issues or concerns.
- Provide estimated cost of new designs Support an organizational effort toward better understanding customer needs and pain points, and develop plans that further this goal
דרישות:
5-10 years of experience as an engineer and/ team leader of engineers
Experience in a military Stratups/ company’s or similar (IAI, Elbit, Rafael, etc.)
Proven success in leading mechanical, electrical and software engineering
Knowledge of Microsoft (excel, word, outlook, MS projects)
Must be fluent in English and Hebrew
knowledge, change management, and continuous improvement champion Understatement of concept from the plastic, electronics, and metal industries that relate to the production of company’s products.
