תיאור תפקיד:
An innovative men's grooming brand based in Tel Aviv is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Controller to oversee and manage our company's financial operations.
Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting principles (US GAAP) and regulatory requirements.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with department heads to ensure that the company’s financial goals are met.
Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow and liquidity, while optimizing working capital.
Internal Controls: Implement and maintain robust internal controls and processes
Audit and Compliance: Coordinate with external auditors during the annual audit process and ensure compliance with local and international regulations (including- US sales tax, US state tax, US Federal Tax and Israeli tax) and financial reporting standards.
Financial Analysis: Provide detailed financial analysis and recommendations for financial optimization.
Inventory management and Audit: Including implementation of monthly inventory audit, prices audit and COGS calculation.
דרישות:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A CPA, CMA, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
2+ years of experience in financial management or accounting. Experience in retail, ore-commerce industries is highly preferred.
Proficiency in Priority software - Must
Ability to analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.
Strong focus on accuracy and consistency, with an ability to maintain high standards in
financial reporting and compliance.
Ability to identify financial issues, analyze potential solutions, and implement effective changes.
