Global FMCG company is looking for Global Logistics & Operations Manager The role involves overseeing teams and suppliers abroad, managing complex Lead and coordinate logistics teams worldwide, ensuring robust and seamless
global operations .
Oversee and manage cross-continental import and export operations, ensuring
smooth customs procedures, accurate documentation, and efficient shipment
coordination
Supervise in-house and outsourced warehouses, ensuring efficient order
fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and cost control. Oversee B2B and e-commerce (B2C) fulfillment processes for small, medium, and
strategic customers .
Select, negotiate, and manage relationships with logistics providers, forwarders,
and suppliers.
Develop and implement new operational tools and systems (ERP, WMS, reporting
dashboards) to upgrade the company’s infrastructure.
Recruit, train, and manage remote teams
Collaborate with finance, sales, and brand teams to align logistics with business
priorities.
Travel periodically throughout the year to oversee warehouses, partners, and
suppliers.

5+ years of experience in international logistics, operations, or supply chain
management — preferably within FMCG, distribution, or e-commerce .
Proven ability to manage complex import/export operations and multiple
warehouses.
Strong understanding of logistics processes, documentation, and compliance
requirements .
Demonstrated experience in negotiating with service providers and optimizing
operational costs .
Excellent English (spoken and written) and fluent Hebrew .
Willingness to travel abroad several times per year
