One of Israel’s first companies to develop, build, operate, and manage solar fields, in both Israel and the U.S is looking for a Junior Legal Counsel Manage a broad range of matters, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating project-related agreements. This role requires familiarity with financing agreements, EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) and O&M (Operation & Maintenance) agreements, as well as various commercial contracts with contractors and consultants.
liaise with lenders and regulatory authorities and support ongoing corporate legal work, including the preparation of corporate resolutions and regulatory filings.

2–3 years of legal experience
Background in a leading law firm or in the legal department of an energy company – a significant advantage
Excellent English (both written and spoken)
