תיאור תפקיד:
We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer to build and maintain mission-critical systems in a fintech environment. This role involves working on sensitive, high-availability systems, integrating blockchain infrastructure, and collaborating closely with product, compliance, and security team.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services for fintech applications.
Implement and manage blockchain integrations, including wallets, transactions, and on-chain/off-chain workflows.
Build secure APIs and internal services handling sensitive financial data.
Ensure system reliability, performance, and fault tolerance in production environments.
Collaborate with security, compliance, and product teams to meet regulatory and operational requirements.
Monitor, debug, and optimize backend systems in real time.
Participate in architecture decisions and contribute to long-term system design.

3+ years of experience in backend development in production environments.
Strong experience with Node.js, Python, or Java (or similar backend languages).
Hands-on experience with blockchain integrations (Ethereum, Bitcoin, or similar ecosystems).
Solid understanding of APIs, databases, message queues, and distributed systems.
Experience working with sensitive systems involving financial or personal data.
Strong awareness of security best practices (authentication, encryption, access control).
Comfortable working on-site and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
