אנו מחפשים מפתח/ת אוטומציה בכיר/ה לתפקיד מפתח הכולל הקמה, תכנון והובלה של תשתית אוטומציה מורכבת מאפס. זהו תפקיד Hands-on עם אחריות מלאה על הארכיטקטורה, הסקיילביליות והתחזוקה לאורך זמן, בשילוב הובלה טכנולוגית. התפקיד כולל הובלה מקצועית של צוות אוטומציה ב־Python הממוקם בחו״ל, ועבודה צמודה עם צוותי מערכת, ולידציה ובדיקות בסביבה דינמית. נדרשת נכונות לנסיעות לצורך עבודה מול צוותים מרוחקים ובעלי עניין. תחומי אחריות תכנון ופיתוח דרייברים ותשתיות Backend מתקדמות לאוטומציה עבור ציוד בדיקה וסימולטורים מורכבים. הקמה והובלה של תשתית אוטומציה סקיילבילית ויציבה, כולל: frameworks וליבות מערכת שכבות אבסטרקציה למפתחי בדיקות APIs ושירותים לשימוש חוזר הגדרת מודל אבסטרקציה ברמה גבוהה המאפשר למפתחי בדיקות להתמקד בלוגיקת הבדיקה ולא בשליטה בציוד. הובלה מקצועית והנחיה של צוות מפתחי אוטומציה מבוזר: הכוונה ארכיטקטונית Code & Design Reviews קביעת סטנדרטים ו־Best Practices עבודה שוטפת עם צוותי מערכת, ולידציה ובדיקות לצורך תרגום דרישות מורכבות לפתרונות אוטומציה סקיילביליים. אחריות מלאה על אמינות המערכת, ביצועים ותחזוקה שוטפת. עבודה בסביבה מהירה ודינמית, עם בעלות מקצה לקצה על הפתרון. נסיעות תכופות לצורך סנכרון, הובלה וביצוע מול צוותים מרוחקים
דרישות:
השכלה אוניברסיטאית - מדעי מחשב/ הנדסת אלקטרוניקה/ הנדסת תוכנה. ניסיון משמעותי בפיתוח Python, בדגש על מערכות Backend ותשתיות אוטומציה. ניסיון מוכח בהקמה ובנייה של תשתיות או framework לאוטומציה מאפס. ניסיון Hands-on בפיתוח ממשקים או דרייברים לציוד בדיקה, סימולטורים או מערכות הנשלטות ע״י חומרה. הבנה עמוקה בארכיטקטורת תוכנה, שכבות אבסטרקציה ותכנון מערכות סקיילביליות. ניסיון בהובלה מקצועית או מנטורינג של מפתחים בצוותים מבוזרים / Offshore. יכולת עבודה עצמאית, לקיחת אחריות וקבלת החלטות ארכיטקטוניות. יכולות פתרון בעיות גבוהות ונוחות בעבודה בסביבות מורכבות ומשתנות. נכונות וגמישות לנסיעות תכופות יתרון רקע בעולמות תקשורת, RF, רשתות או בדיקות פרוטוקולים. ניסיון בעבודה עם CI/CD, סביבת הרצת בדיקות אוטומטיות ותשתיות תומכות. היכרות עם כלי סימולציה, Traffic Generation או Emulation. ניסיון בעבודה בצוותים גלובליים ורב־תרבותיים

תיאור תפקיד:
We are looking for DevOps Engineer with a strong passion for GenAI, to join Elbit's Enterprise GenAI Group at our Haifa site
You will lead DevOps practices within the GenAI domain, working closely with AI engineers, software engineers, infrastructure teams, and cybersecurity to transform GenAI capabilities from experimentation into scalable, production-grade enterprise services
Come be the DevOps enabler of our AI transformation — responsible for the foundations that allow GenAI solutions to be reliably developed, deployed, monitored, and adopted across the company
In this role you will design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for GenAI services, agents, and platforms using tools such as GitLab CI and GitHub Actions
Operate and scale containerized GenAI workloads across cloud environments (Azure and AWS)
Ensure high availability, reliability, observability, and performance of AI services
Manage infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform or Pulumi to enable repeatable, version-controlled environment provisioning
Collaborate with AI engineers to enable safe, repeatable, and governed deployment of GenAI platforms and solutions.
דרישות:
At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer
Strong experience with Linux environments and scripting (Python preferred)
Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines for production systems
Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi, or equivalent)
Experience with Vector Databases (ElasticSearch, Weaviate, pgvector) in a RAG or GenAI pipeline context - advantage
Experience supporting AI/ML/GenAI systems in production - advantage
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure) and hybrid/on-prem environments - advantage
Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and observability tools - advantage
Experience working in regulated, security-sensitive enterprise environments - advantage
Strong sense of ownership, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently
