תיאור תפקיד:
· Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
· Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
· Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
· Maintain continuous communication with project stakeholders.
· Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
· Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
· Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
· Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
· Track project milestones and deliverables.
· Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
· Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyse results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
· Mange projects risks, identify and track projects risks, promote risk reduction and mitigation activities.
· Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
· Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, software/hardware/mechanical/industrial, or a related field.
· 5+ years of direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.
· Strong familiarity with project management software, such as Microsoft Project.
· Proven experience in people management, strategic planning, risk management, and change management.
· Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
· Demonstrated experience in personnel management.
· Technically competent with various software programs, such as Microsoft Office suite.
· Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
· Management experience in the field of hardware design, rugged hardware – advantage.
· Experience with projects with Israeli defence companies (Elbit, Rafael, IAI, Etc.) - advantage Skills
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, both in Hebrew and English.
· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with all levels of management and staff.
· Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
