תיאור תפקיד:
An experienced Program Manager extensive R&D experience -
lead projects and manage relationships with partners.
-Guide the engineering team, including system engineering, and play a key role in defining technical strategies.
- Involved in major architectural and strategic decisions that shape the growth and evolution of our teams and technical interfaces with clients.
-Lead all aspects of the project, from kick-off to delivery.
-Oversee the development process and ensure business value delivery.
-Manage the R&D project Gantt chart and budget.
Assist in implementing visions of quality, agility, trust, and timely delivery.
-Collaborate with clients, HQ R&D, and supply chain teams, including subsidiaries in the US, Germany, Sweden, and other locations.
-Lead technology implementation with strategic partners such as OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and infrastructure companies.
This position includes occasional international travel for short business trips.

Demonstrated ability to plan, track, and deliver according to project schedules.
High proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
