תיאור תפקיד:
A leading global organization is seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Manager for a key internal (Client-Side) role. This position combines deep hands-on technical responsibility with direct team leadership and end-to-end management of strategic IT infrastructure projects.
Role Responsibilities
Manage and mentor the regional Infrastructure system Engineering team, including full 24/7 operational responsibility for IT service continuity and system availability.
Lead and develop top-tier infrastructure engineers, providing ongoing guidance, technical escalation support and professional growth.
Plan, execute and deliver complex IT projects in collaboration with global stakeholders and external vendors.
Hands-on support and architecture oversight across infrastructure domains:
Networking
Storage Backup/DR systems
Virtualization
Servers Hybrid Cloud environments
דרישות:
Proven experience as IT Infrastructure Manager within an enterprise organization (not from integration companies) mandatory
5-10 years of team management experience, including direct leadership mandatory
Minimum 7 years hands-on system Engineering experience mandatory
Technical Expertise
Virtualization: deep proficiency with VMware Horizon
Systems: expertise in Active Directory, Azure AD, Windows Linux server management
Cloud: strong experience in Hybrid Cloud environments Azure is a major advantage
Storage Architectures + Backup Disaster Recovery solutions
Familiarity with ITIL/ISO frameworks
Additional
Relevant academic degree
High-level English required
Advantage: DevOps, automation or orchestration experience
